Edible creams production

Development of an automation system for the control and monitoring of an edible vegetable creams production plant. 

The SCADA allows users to control and monitor the whole production process and potential anomalies. In order to convey data in the best way, the plant has been graphically divided into four big areas:

• Creams preparation

• Uperization

• Packaging

• Cip (cleaning cycle)

The software has been divided into the same areas and all documents respect the division. Each area has its related alarms, interlocks, and sequences (automatic, manual, semi-automatic) management. Electrical panels have also been prepared.

Both the SCADA and software are flexible and are ready to be linked to other operating systems, plants and programs.
