PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR OUR USING OF YOUR INFORMATION

Data collection and treatment of common personal data are carried out in order to:

• provide you our services offered on the Site (legal bases for processing: execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures)
• execute linked administrative, managerial or technical obligations (legal bases for processing: as above);
• promote product or services of the collector using newsletter and personalized news, using material about the industry and about promotional events (judicial base: with the involved party's consent);

Your data will be processed accordingly to principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency to allow you to navigate the Website and answer your questions, only through automated instruments.

Processing of personal data is optional but necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party. If there is no consent given by the data subject for promotional activities, there will be no effect on the Website surfing, only on the ability of the data controller to send the newsletter.

The Controller will process, only for the described purposes, only personal data meaning, for example, online identifiers, name, and surname, online and offline contact details.

We will generally retain your profile and related personal information for the allowed period applicable. This is done to protect legally both the data subject and the data controller, both in the event of a contract between the parties or not.

In any moment, you have the right to ask the Controller to access your data, to make changes or to eliminate them. 

You have the right to ask for data treatment for a limited period or to oppose yourself to data processing.

The Controller does not process your personal data with automated decision-making software.
